Radio Licences

 

SunKiss operates under full commercial webradio licences with SACEM and SPRE, covering France, Monaco and Luxembourg, as well as a Limited Online Music Licence with PRS for Music and PPL in the United Kingdom (with reciprocal agreements in more than 40 countries).

These licences allow SunKiss to stream and publicly communicate copyrighted music recordings within the authorised territories. SunKiss complies with all reporting and royalty obligations to the relevant collecting societies.

 

These licences do not grant listeners permission to reproduce, redistribute, or reuse the broadcast in any form. They also do not cover podcasts or on-demand content unless otherwise stated.
